Terms of Service

You must provide accurate details when you create an account and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or have a parent or guardian agree to these terms on your behalf.

Premium is a recurring subscription billed monthly until you cancel. Live event night and weekend passes are one-off purchases for the event stated at checkout. Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. You can cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable except where required by the Australian Consumer Law. If a live broadcast you have paid for does not go ahead, contact us and we will arrange a refund or credit.

Content on the Service is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial viewing. You must not copy, record, redistribute, publicly perform or circumvent any access controls on our content. Comments and other contributions must not be unlawful, abusive or infringing; we may remove content and suspend accounts that breach these terms.

We may add, change or remove titles and features, and broadcast schedules may change. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for the Service is limited to resupplying it or paying the cost of resupply.
