Privacy Policy

When you create an account we collect your email address and a password (stored only as a secure hash). If you subscribe or buy an event pass, our payment processor (Stripe) handles your card details; we receive a payment confirmation and your plan status, not your card number. We also record what you watch and your resume positions so you can pick up where you left off, and any comments you post.

We use your information to provide the Service - signing you in, giving you the content you are entitled to, remembering your progress, showing your comments, processing payments, and sending you essential account and billing messages. With your consent we may send occasional updates about new releases and live events; you can opt out at any time.

We share information only with the service providers that run the platform - our hosting and database provider (Supabase), our video provider (Mux) and our payment processor (Stripe) - and only as needed to deliver the Service. We do not sell your personal information.

Your information is stored on secured infrastructure and protected by access controls and encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.

You can access and update your account details at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and associated personal information. To make a request, or if you have a privacy concern, email us and we will respond promptly.
